Wilkins Patterson is pleased to announce that Casey D. Younger has joined the firm as an Associate.
A native of Vicksburg, Mr. Younger received a B.A. degree cum laude in Political Science from Millsaps College in 2008 and his Doctor of Juris Prudence from the Mississippi College School of Law in 2012. While in law school, he received the Best Paper Award from the Constitutional Law Seminar, the John B. Fareese Trial Advocacy Scholarship and the R. Jess Brown Award. He also served as the vice president of the Black Law Students Association, editor of “The African American Law School Survival Guide”, chair of the Thurgood Marshall Trial Practice Team and a Star Mentor.
“While working during law school for the firm, Casey quickly distinguished himself as a focused, dedicated individual with a high level of integrity and commitment to excellence,” said William A. Patterson, President of the Board of Directors. “We are very happy he has chosen to work with the firm and we look forward to a rewarding association with him.”
Mr. Younger and his wife, the former Ka’Trevia A. Kirk, love to travel and spend as much quality time with each other as they can.
