Diane Pradat Pumphrey has been invited to speak by the University of Mississippi Medical Center at a continuing education session “Ethical and Legal Dilemmas: Moral Reasoning and Practical Reality” on April 20 at the Jackson Medical Mall.
She will present two topics “Charting Defensively: How to Recognize, Correct and Avoid Common Charting Errors” and “Experience the Do’s and Don’ts of Courtroom Testifying” which will assist with developing skills to confidently deliver testimony during a deposition or trial.
The audience will include nurses, nurse practitioners and other interested health professionals and carries up to six hours of continuing education units as approved by the UMMC Division of Continuing Health Professional Education agency.
